As the official Hyundai representative in the country, we provide comprehensive solutions, including parts supply and services, especially for maritime elevators. Our highly qualified technicians, all holding CRT certifications and relevant courses to serve the offshore market, ensure unparalleled quality service. The process begins with the reception of the client's request or lead by the administrative department, stemming from the tireless work of our commercial team. Subsequently, we forward the request to the planning department to check the availability for boarding. Once confirmed, we initiate the budgeting and negotiation process for closure. Before boarding, we hold a thorough meeting to discuss the details collected previously, aiming to anticipate possible solutions to the problems to be addressed in the client's elevators. Then, we embark on executing the service, where our specialized technicians resolve the identified problem, providing a detailed report with analyses and photos. This report is carefully prepared by the engineering department, including future or immediate recommendations, such as maintenance and parts acquisition. In the case of preventive maintenance, we follow a highly studied and manufacturer-recommended scope, always striving to improve our services. Annually, we issue certificates of operability for the elevators, ensuring their safety and functionality, and provide certificates to the client. Only after all these steps, details regarding the payment process are forwarded to the finance department, which handles the entire procedure according to the client's requirements. Throughout the operational process, we never compromise on workplace safety and use quality PPE, demonstrating our commitment to protecting our team and clients.
